He has created this system through successful experience at Il Vicino, Palisade Brewery, and currently at Colorado Boy Brewery. The owners of Two Rascals Brewing Company have received training on brewing from Mr. Hennessey; who has also agreed to provide on-going consulting on an as needed basis.
