Extra info: Waconia Brewing has five key flagship beers and a constant tap rotation of seasonal selections and limited time offerings. Our beer is brewed on a San Diego based Premier Stainless 3 vessel lO-barrel Brewhouse. We house 9- 20BBL Fermenters, 1- 10BBL Fermenter and 1- 5BBL fermenter, and have 8- 20BBL Brite Beer tanks and 1- 5BBL Brite Beer tank for serving. For our more popular beers we double batch which takes 10-12 hours to fill one 20BBL tank. For a frame of reference, 31 Gallons equals one BBL. Four of our flagships and some seasonal brews are canned on our Cask 3 head SAMS canning line and are available at many different liquor stores throughout the metro area. Ask your retailer to carry us if they don’t already!
